Biodiesel turns me on.

Sorry, but file this away under “shameless commercialism.”

OK. I am up WAY too late. While Chris watched some silly movie about rats I thought it might be fun to add a rockclimbergirl.com t-shirt to the site. I logged in to CafePress, a website that I used to play around with, and was rather surprised I still had an account after all of this time. I haven’t logged in since about my second year of law school, so that’s a long time for them to keep an account open.

Then I found out why.

Apparently, my “biodiesel” bumper stickers and t-shirts have been regular sellers on the CafePress website. Over the last two years on my SerendipityDogs CafePress shop, I’ve sold 121 products. Mostly they’re sales of biodiesel bumper stickers and t-shirts I made in photoshop (real witty stuff, like “Biodiesel turns me on” and “Biodiesel lights my fire”). The lowest seller is my “I heart law school” tee … apparently not many people heart law school. Even fewer people hate law school, though, since my “law school sucks” messenger bag hasn’t sold a single item.

I am just astonished to see that these things have sold, and rather amused that I had no idea. I think I’ve even seen my biodiesel bumper stickers out in the world and thought, “huh, that looks familiar.” So – stay tuned for some rockclimbergirl.com schwag. Fellow rockclimbergirls – please feel free to post a comment with any requests and visit the Rockclimbergirl.com CafePress store in the next few weeks for the hook up.

Updated — the first batch of t’s, featuring my photos from Smith and Joshua Tree are online. Enjoy!
