Hi, I'm Sara Lobkovich.
I'm the founder and principal consultant at Red Currant Collective, a strategy and change consultancy that serves thinky-doers and status quo challengers.
I'm also co-owner and lead marketing for CW Moto Racing and Counter Weight Motorsport. I'm the creator and voice of The Moto Curious, a podcast that aims to increase access and inclusion in the motorsports community one Q&A at a time.
This site, saralobkovich.com, is the new home of my personal writing. It replaces my Substack newsletter, Fewer Better, and will continue to explore themes of focus and flow, truth and belonging, lifelong learning and well-being, and working toward work / life alignment. With a side of serendipity.

- balance creation and consumption
- to top off your own "maybe I could..." tank, and
- help dial the whisper in your head saying: "maybe there isn't anything wrong with me" up to a roar.

The level of complexity in my world these days is high, and I'm moving through another round of overwhelm. This cycle is harder than the last few in some ways and easier in others. Easier in that my world is so much more local these days – I'm not managing a
This morning the alarm clock went off and I turned it off and went back to sleep. Then Chris's went off, and I asked him to please let me sleep. Even after eight plus hours I am still quite tired – my sleep app has me in the amber today, with
